additional shipping label charges
i recently received an additional shipping label charge. claimed that my package weight was not accurate. There is now way that that package was as heavy as they claimed. How can I dispute that additional charge?

OP2 years agoi used the ebay print label function and when i brought the package to the local fed e office , they donot weight the box again or give me any detail on the receipt. I sell over 200 of these same items evry year , they always weigh the same or very close to the same , 15 lbs. How did this one get up to 26 lbs ?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you took the package to the post office, did the clerk weigh the package and printed out a receipt, showing the weight of the package? If so, I would upload a copy of that receipt. I believe there is a link in the message to dispute the charge.
