Additional Shipping Label

Hi! On one of my recent orders, it appears an additional shipping label was purchased. I bought a label on the 13th and shipped the package out soon after. However, when I checked my funds today I noticed that a second label had been purchased on the 14th for the same item. Iâ€™m not sure how this happened, as I only purchased one label. Plus, the box had been shipped out by then, so thereâ€™s no reason Iâ€™d need another. Since the label hasnâ€™t been (and wonâ€™t be) used, is there a way for me to get my money back for it? Thanks!

How to void a shipping label

How long you have to void a shipping label depends on the shipping service you used.

USPS: You have 5 days to void a USPS shipping label that you printed on eBay, and it can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve or reject the refund. If it's approved, you'll receive an email that you have been refunded
UPS: UPS labels can't be voided as you won't be charged until the package has been delivered
FedEx: FedEx labels can't be voided because you're not charged until the package has been delivered
eBay Standard Envelope: The labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. Please review the terms and conditions here.

Here's how to void a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label.
