Additional Shipping costs - How to get paid by buyer

Hello,
I recently sold a bike on eBay, and unfortunately the estimated shipping cost in the listing ended up being significantly lower than the actual shipping cost.
I’ve already spoken with the buyer, and they are willing to pay the difference in shipping. However, I can’t figure out how to charge them for the additional amount. I’ve seen other help threads mention using a “Send Invoice” option, but I don’t see that option anywhere on the order.
Could you please let me know the proper way to collect the additional shipping cost from the buyer through eBay?

You have a very nice buyer. You are really not supposed to ask the buyer for more than you charged in your listing.
You cannot send an invoice if they have already paid for the item.
You can create a listing for a service called additional shipping charges for them to purchase, something like this -
