Additional shipping charges after item has shipped
I sold a Item and E bay calculated the shipping charges, now I’m being charged a additional $11.00 shipping, I’m sure the weight and dimensions were correct, I would like a explanation as to what happened. I can’t find a way to contact anybody at eBay, thanks

If this was shipped USPS, there is a place to appeal right at the bottom of the notification.
eBay uses weight and dimensions that a seller enters, and also the 'irregular' package indication if entered.
You must Round Up on weight
Dimensions for USPS are rounded to the nearest half inch
Dimensions for UPS/Fedex are rounded UP
The measurements printed on the bottom of a box are not the dimensions, you have to measure the outside of each package.
