Additional shipping charges
I have been charged by eBay for a package that weighed less than 5 lbs - 25lbs. My dimensions were correct when I shipped it but I was short on the weight by 2lbs. How do I dispute with Ebay. It is a 75.00 charge for a 4.9oz package. HeLP

Mentor1 month agoYour 4.9 oz package would ship at the 8 oz rate using Ground Advantage. What is the item number, and the dimensions of the package? If shipping to AK, HI, territories, protectorants, APO/FPO, rural addresses, you will be charged the 15.99 oz rate. This was effective as of July 12, 2026.
