Additional shipping charges
Over the last few months, I've noticed an increase of additional charges being added to my account for UPS packages. I carefully measure and weigh packages before I purchase the label. I just got another $4.95 charge for a label that I already paid $15 for. I shipped a 12 x 12 x 12 package at 5 pounds from Columbus, Ohio to Kansas. Seems steep to me. This is the 3rd or 4th add on I've had lately. I purchase my boxes 12 x 12 x 12 boxes from the UPS store! Something is going on with these. I used to trust UPS but lately I am concerned.
