additional shipping charges
HELP Over a month ago I sold my mobility scooter on eBay. I purchased the label from eBay to ship via FedX
now I got additional $234 charged as additional shipping. This is an error since I took my item to FedX and I purchased the box from them and paid $30 for them to pack the scooter in the box. The scooter only weights 60 lbs and was given a receipt for 69 pounds. Now ebay claim the package was 149 pounds and this is why I am being charge the additional money. I called but the customer service people are not able to help. How can I contact ebay to provide them with my receipt from FedX with the correct weight. Thank you
