Additional shipping
Seller is requesting additional shipping for an item, its only 10 dollars but they dont have a paypal. Does ebay have a way to send a seller additional funds?

If you’re ok with the additional cost, ask the buyer to create a listing for you to purchase for the added shipping.
Sellers are not supposed to ask for more $ for shipping than what was listed, but if he made a bad mistake, he may choose to take the hit for a cancellation instead of paying the added shipping.
