additional label fee
Fed ex changed the weight of my package from 2 lbs to 33 lbs and charged me an additional 38 $. How can you dispute this when I purchased label through e bay ?

Mentor7 months agoWhat were the dimensions of the package? If oversized, the carrier can charge dimensional weight instead of the actual weight, which sounds like what happened here. For example, the USPS will add a surcharge if the package measures more than 20 inches and another surcharge for over 28 inches. (The actual measurements might be off, as I don't keep up with that since I send light weight packages).

OP7 months agoPackage was 12 x 10 x 7. They just changed the weight from 2 lbs to 33 lbs. Ive had small adjustments before where I have even had money returned but never up charged like this !

Mentor7 months agoThose measurements should not involve dimensional weight. You might try contacting ebay customer service and see what they suggest.
