Question

I would like to get in contact with someone in the corporate office, possibly HR department about employment opportunities and why our customer service positions are mostly located in Malaysia and other countries besides the United States. I find it upsetting that these positions are not posted for US citizens and I will be honest, I am so over dealing with "Global Partners" and want to talk to someone residing in the US or chatting with someone residing in the US. The reason eBay and many other companies use customer service reps in other countries is because it's cheaper. To improve your chances of reaching an agent in the US, try requesting your callback during the day. Before that however, you can usually get the best result from mentors here on this board who have much more experience than eBay customer service reps.
