Additional final value fee
I am being charged the additional final fee for(high items not as described) but when I go to seller hub it says 100% positive feedback for the last month and I am rated top seller,does anyone know if this is correct....thanks in advance

You are not evaluated as a seller based on your feedback (the opinion of your buyers), you are evaluated based on your seller metrics. click on the Seller Level metrics on your Seller Hub dashboard.
You receive a defect every time you don't take care of a buyer who opens an item not as described case. You have three days to provide a return label or refund (with no expectation of a return).
