Mentor4 months agoSend a copy of the receipt where you paid the postage due, to the seller, and request reimbursement.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
