Additional FedEx shipping charges to my account

Question

I was just charged more for supposedly "underpaid" fedex shipping but I used the Ebay shipping calculator and entered the correct dimensions and weights. The difference they are charging, on top of what I already paid, is ridiculous and I have no idea who to talk to about this.

The FedEx labels issue appeared to be resolved and eBay didn't need further action from an affected seller. Now it appears that eBay does need you to contact eBay customer service. Be ready to provide the agent with the info below:
