Additional charges for a package I sent
I sent a package that weighed 78 5 lbs.and UPS said that it weighed 127 lb so eBay took an additional $150 out of my account. I have tried numerous calls for them to rectify the situation and they have not done it. It's been over 20 days I've talked to them at least 10 times they said they would take care of it and they have not. What should I do about this. I've been with eBay for 9 years and have sold over 830 items and they do this to me .
