Additional charged
I just purchased an item that was stated “free shipping”. Now, after my payment has gone through, the seller has billed me an additional charge for shipping!
Is this allowed?
is this a fraudulent seller?
What do I do?

Mentor5 months agoYou don't pay it and tell them you are excited to receive your item. If they don't ship it then you open an item not received case and they will have to refund you.
