Adding variants to listed items that are on sale
I have iPhones on sales. The listings contain color variants. I want to add another color to the listing, but I get a message that indicates that in order to do so, I have to choose a sale type that allows me to make price changes. On the sale/markdown setup page, "Keep items in this sale and block revisions for price increases" is "greyed" out.
The only way I can do this is to take the item out of the sale, wait 5-10 minutes for the sale to be removed, add the new color variant, and add the item back to the sale/markdown event.
Seems like there should be a better way. Any ideas?
