Adding the wrong tracking number
Hello, I am having trouble i sold an item and I accidentally bought the label on the app without noticing and I shipped it with a different tracking number and the item was delivered but since it has a different one on the app I how to fix it or what to do

Mentor2 years agoYou need to enter the tracking number for the label you purchased. If you purchased the label at the post office, locate the tracking number on the receipt and enter it into your Sold item. If it has not yet been 5 days since the ebay label was purchased, you can VOID it to get your money back.
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
