Adding SKU number to my listings
I can't find the option to add a SKU number to my listings. I do not have an eBay store; Is this the reason I do not find the option?

No, a store has nothing to do with it. It is a setting to turn ON via the listing tool. If you click the See title options link on the listing tool you can turn the Custom SKU function ON. You only have to do it once and it will be ON for all of your listings.
On your Active list you can also have the Custom SKU column turned on and it can be sorted.
