Adding shipping cost after buyer already paid for item.
Buyer accidentally checked pick-up on an item. How does he now add shipping after he's already paid? He lives several states away.

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, click Cancel order because Problem with buyer's address. That will automatically refund your buyer. Now click SELL SIMILAR and make sure you remove the Local Pickup and add shipping details. Send the new item number to your buyer. Buyers purchases and pays, and you ship.
