Mentor2 years agoWas this originally a pickup only item? If not, you can't add shipping now, buyer only pays for what you had in the listing.

Mentor2 years agoIs it for that Local Pickup item? If so, the best solution is to file a Cancellation for Problem with buyer's address. Then relist (using SELL SIMILAR) adding the weight and dimensions of the package, and calculated shipping. Send the new listing to your buyer. S/he then repurchases the item and then you ship.
