adding photos to listing from my iphone where they are stored
When I click on the "add from mobile device" it only gives me access to "recent photos" not the ones I took photos of a while ago never did the listing.

I use iPhone, too
When it shows those recent photos, there will be an "All Photos" icon, too.
Click that Icon and you'll be able to chose from all photos on your camera.
