Adding Photos
I cannot add photos to an already existing listing. It shows the photos on my mobile but will not add them to the laptop app. I've tied multiple listing, photos, etc.

Mentor2 years agoI have had this issue today myself. It worked fine yesterday, so maybe just a temporary issue?

OP2 years agoThere is no error, they just don't upload to the laptop. I was able to "drop and drag" from the cloud to accomplish the same thing, so all is well. Just a little frustrating as it had always worked in the past. Thanks for you resoinse,

Make sure the photos are at least 500 pixels on the longest side, and in JPG format.
