When you use the Print label feature and get to the label page you enter the correct weight and dimensions of the package you will ship. The label flow will generate a price to ship the item.
Make sure you figure out where the mistake was, if you used any information from eBay on shipping when you created the listing then you need to stop doing that. Use you own information with a scale and estimated box size for shipping your items.
eBay has no provisions to go back and charge a customer more for shipping once an item is purchased.
Locate the label and cancel/void it. The carrier will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they confirm the label was never used. Now select Print Another Label, and this time, enter the correct weight and dimensions for the package and print it out.
