Adding international shipping to item I already listed
I have an item already listed and a customer reached out to me stating she wants to bid on my item but she lives in Canada and it won't let her bid. She explained she wanted to bid on it and ship it to her granddaughter in California. Is there a way I can turn on the shipping where she can bid for it in Canada?

Mentor3 years ago@angelknb4 You would need to add international shipping to the listing. You can not revise the listing if it has bids, offers or less than 12 hours left on auction. The buyer then would be able to bid and enter a US address at checkout.
I recommend you sign up for eBay International Shipping program so it will apply to future and active listings that do NOT have bids, offers, or less than 12 hours left on an auction listing.
You will need to opt into the EIS program in your account settings.
If you are eligible then the opt in option is at the top of this page: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
I like to use the eBay International Shipping Program. It's easy to use and all you have to do is ship the item to the EIS package forwarding center.

On the listing form you will select NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING after you are opted in to the EIS program. I know this seems counter intuitive but that's how it works. It just means that YOU are not direct shipping to the buyer.
