Mentor2 years ago@a.ga4504 You can not add international shipping after an item is sold. You can only revise active listing to add international shipping if it doesn't have bids, open offers, and has more than 12 hours left on an auction.
I do not recommend directly shipping to another country yourself unless you are aware of the custom import regulations for the country and if the country is a safe one to ship to. I can give advice on this if you wish to take the risk of direct shipping please provide the country and what the item is.
You may wish to sign up for the eBay International Shipping program, if your account qualifies, so it will apply to future and active listings that do NOT have bids, offers, or less than 12 hours left on a auction listing.
You will need to opt into the EIS program in your account settings.

I like to use the eBay International Shipping Program. It's easy to use and all you have to do is ship the item to the EIS package forwarding center in the US. Once the package leaves the US eBay handles all refund requests and you keep the sale, this is a great benefit for sellers.

On the listing form you will select NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING after you are opted in to the EIS program. I know this seems counter intuitive but that's how it works. It just means that YOU are not direct shipping to the buyer.
