Adding Insurance to shipping label caused double pay
I recently sold an item with buyer paying for shipping. I added insurance for $5 and then it charged $35 from me instead of just the $5. How do I get in contact with support to get compensation? My personal balance was $58 now its $22 so the balance it took from wasn't from what the buyer sent for shipping.

The buyer pays you the shipping and you use that to purchase the label. The buyer's payment to eBay includes the item, the shipping you set on your listing, and any tax they owe. eBay takes their selling fees out and sends you the balance.
When you added the insurance to the shipping label it added the $5 to your total label cost. There is nothing you need to be refunded. The cost of the label comes out of your pending funds from the sale or the alternate payment option you set up depending on which you choose on the shipping labels page.
