adding insurance to an invoice before purchasing a shipping label
I am trying to figure out how to add insurance to an order before the shipping label is purchased. The buyer has purchased multiple items, I want to send an invoice with combined shipping and insurance. There seems to be no way to add the insurance before hand?

That's because Sellers cannot change Buyers for insurance as a separate item. Insurance is for the Seller. The eBay Money Back Guarantee is for the Buyer.

OP8 months agoSo the insurance comes out of my pocket? That would answer the question! The "help" isnt very helpful.. You on the other hand, are great!
