Adding insurance on an item.
I just purchased an item that I checked off to include 2 years of insurance. However it did not add it to the total. How do I correct it?

If the item you are purchasing qualifies for an Allstate Protection Plan, you have the option to purchase it directly from the item description page prior to checkout. After checkout, you can still purchase it from the payment confirmation page or through your post-purchase reminder email.

OP3 weeks agoThank you for the information. I called the phone number. The person had me go to
www.allstateprotectionplans.com
However when I tried getting a plan it was 19.99 compared to eBay 2.99. I actually afterwards talked to a live person and he could not help me. I wasn't going to pay 19.99 for an item costing 13.00.
How long before people get the post-purchase email.
