Adding Insurance

Question

I sold a ring, purchased a shipping label through e-bay and provided tracking to the costumer. However, there wasn't an option to purchase additional insurance coverage while in transit and I have been trying to figure out how to get that added before I send it out tomorrow.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Generally you need to add the extra insurance when you create the label. However, third party insurers like ShipSaver will let you add insurance within 24 hours of printing the label.
