Adding files to a Return Request.
I am trying to start a Return Request, but it demands that I add files. Help & Contact says "files" means images, but I can't figure out how to upload the pictures I took with my wife's cell phone. It refuses to accept my images, with no explanation. How do I upload images if it refuses to allow me to upload them???
