Adding card details to pay for seling fees
Hello Community
I recently made a sale but the customer cancelled their order. Now my bank does not allow direct debit hence Ebay is not able to deduct the selling fees for the sale.
If I cancel the order the selling fees will be due on me and my account could get disabled. So itried to add my debit card to pay for the selling fees. But everytime I add my card details it just gives me the error to make sure that the address matched the one on the card. Even thought i provide the correct details but it keeps poping the same error.
Any idea how to move forward ?
