adding a video to an active listing
I am trying to add a video to an active listing. I have researched this and I am told I need to use the advanced listing tool but I cannot find the advanced listing tool. Any suggestions?

If you created the listing on a computer in Seller Hub AND do not have any open bids or offers then you go to the listing and select edit from the drop down menu next to the item on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
You just upload the video in the photo box.
You need to use the Advanced Listing Tool that is located in Seller Hub to have the add video option in the photo section when CREATING your listing on a computer.
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. Then select Create Listing on the Upper Right of the overview page

Video Format Requirements
The maximum supported video size is 150 MB
The maximum upload resolution is 1080p
Supported output resolutions are 240p, 360p, 480p, and 720p
MP4 file types- MPEG-4 Part 10 or Advanced Video Coding (MPEG-4 AVC)
Providing links to YouTube or other video platforms is not supported
Listings with variations do not support videos
If your video is rejected try adding one that is at least one minute.

OP5 months agoWas not helpful. I don't want to add another listing. I want to add a video to a active listing.

Mentor5 months ago@perfectpal You can not revise the listing if it has bids or open offers or less than 12 hours on an auction.
To access Seller Hub on a computer:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. Then select Create Listing on the Upper Right of the overview page

If you can not revise the listing using the above steps to add a video then sorry it is not possible.
You do just upload the video in the add photos box. It used to be a separate box.
