Adding a new tracking number after canceling one
I couldn’t get my printer to print my label so I canceled my label took item to post office to mail so I have a new tracking number how can I add it to my sale as the tracking number on the sold item is incorrect. Please help!

·3 years agoYou can add/edit the tracking number. You can't remove the old one. Email buyer and let them know the correct tracking number.
