Adding a listing

Question

Hello , I have posted a listing on eBay three times , everything went fine . Then I decided to post more , the add listing process refused to take my picture , it said my picture needed to be 500 pixels or more . Same device I used before . I have also done everything to my phone and iPad that I know to do . If you have some advice I would much appreciate it . Thank you Eddie .

@elk205 There is currently a technical issue with photos that eBay is working on. Checking back later if you are still having this problem.
