Adding a card to my account
I can't bid or send offers because they won't let me add my card. But I've used it to pay before, and it's on file as a payment method. What can I do?

Try adding a different payment method specifically for "offers and auctions" directly on your eBay Payments page here:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
If that is not working, try the same thing using a different browser or a different payment method.
