Is anyone having problems trying to add discount to your listing, when I click on the listingg to add discount it tells me to try again later this is been goin on for several days now is eBay having system issues that you guys know of, I've tried on several browser and still not working please advise, also how can I get with support on ebay or customer service it's so hard.
