Add to cart
How do I get eBay to actually talk to me. I am having an issue where my customers are not able to get an add to cart option for my listings. How to fix?

I looked at a handful of your items and they all have the add to cart option, except the auctions that do not have a buy it now price.
What item can’t they add to cart?

OP4 months agoOk. Because I was running promotions and no one was taking advantage of the sale, and customers have reached out saying that can’t add to cart. Is it a mobile vs pc thing?

I’m on the website, so I went on the app and saw the add to cart button on the 5 items I checked there.
