I cannot add a payout method. The screen is always blank and the only button that works is "Back".

This got resolved when I posted a listing. That forced the payout set up process, which worked. Thanks for all the suggestions!

@ohiocoinrollcall You might not be able to access all of these steps right now but I wanted to share the correct method and how to contact customer service.

You will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance from #3

However I recommend checking a few things as eBay will NOT tell you what doesn't match for security reasons.

1. Verify that the name and address on your eBay account matches your checking account and government ID EXACTLY. I had to had my middle name to my eBay account so it would match my checking account and drivers license. You will need to provide your SS#. You can not use a PO box for your registration address as seller but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.

2. Make sure the ACH routing number is the correct one to use for these type of deposits. Verify this with your bank.

3. Contact Customer service

Then Type Verify Checking account in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
