Add information to denied appeal
eBay's policy states that I can continue a denied appeal and add new information to prove my case. There is no method I can find on eBay web site to do this. Can anyone help me with this ?

I see nothing for sale on your account nor anything that sold in the last 90 days but your Feedback history shows you have sold 126 items. For the transaction in question are you the Buyer or is it an item that sold over 90 days ago?
What are you trying to appeal? An Unpaid item as a Buyer or some defect, return-refund as a Seller?
The more info you are willing to provide the better reply you might receive here. eBay's Policy pages are not always accurate or up to date.

OP1 week agoI am the buyer. The seller fraudulently misrepresented his item. I am trying to do a return and refund. I did not know he had lied about the item until after I received it and researched it

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
