add handling charge?

Helping a friend sell for first time. his listing screen has NO place under shipping to add a handling charge.

I have always done this with my listings adding 75c to $1.75 depending what it is to cover cost of tape envelopes boxes bubble wrap etc. How come he can't do the same? I tried different shipping methods and nada

Are they using the phone app? I know on a PC the listing tool I use has the field for adding the Handling ... it's down in the Shipping section per the pic below.

tried to upload screen print with no handling charge field but get error message saying "You do not have permission to upload images."

how did you load the image above ?

I don't know if eBay considers a difference between "uploading" and pasting in. On my desktop computer, all I do is copy the image which gets it on my clipboard, and paste it into the text field. Then I click it and I'm able to adjust its size by dragging a corner. Are you trying to paste it, or are you using the camera icon in the row across the top of the text field, or what?
