Add allstate protection plan after purchase but not pickedup yet

Hi - I recently purchased a Breville espresso machine which is new but open-box. I have yet to be contacted by the seller to pickup the item. Whilst purchasing I forgot to add the Allstate protection plan. Is it possible to add it now even though I have not received/Pickedup the product yet from the seller?
