Add a shipping label to an item

Question

I shipped two items to the same buyer in the same package. However, I mistakenly send them both under just one shipping label. I need to have the other item marked as shipped under the same tracking but am not sure how to accomplish this.

On the item without tracking try the ADD function for tracking. Copy and paste the number from the one with tracking to the one without.

In the future you can Combine them before you ship them, here is a step-by-step procedure I use and it works like a charm.

You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:

-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file

-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined

-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels

-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow

-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page

-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.

-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.

-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package.
