Actively being scammed by a buyer and I can’t get ahold of anyone from Ebay
So I sold a $1,300 item and as soon as the person received it they told their bank they didn’t recognize the transaction, so my funds are on hold. But they then tried to claim they had to pay an extra random $300, which I confirmed with Usps that they did not in fact have any random charges. So they’re actively trying not to pay, they want to keep the item and aren’t willing to return it (I don’t trust them to return the real item anyways), and they were trying to say I owe them $300 as well. The phone number for eBay always gives me a sorry I can’t transfer you message. And the help stuff never gets me to a real person. I just need help getting ahold of anyone. :(
