OP5 months agoThey submitted a question below, that I felt was very odd...questioning what I was selling and condition/description, when the entire listing clearly states all those details and more. They just simply need to "read it".
I had problems before with "Pickup Only" and eBay users bid from the west coast or far beyond what is legitimately "Pickup Only" with no intent to pickup the item they purchased. but to hinder my listings.
"Is this bass still available?Is this bass still available?Is it a Kay Bass? What year was it made? Was it used in schools. What condition is it in."

Mentor5 months agoIf the member is using a mobile device, s/he may have to click the SEE DESCRIPTION link (which is very small) in order to read the seller's description.

OP5 months agoTrue, but the main description...maker, model and country of mfg are already in the main title, if reading online website or via phone app. This eBay member has been around for quite a few years to explore eBay items.
Did you read their questions that I posted?
Any item on eBay that is currently open for bids is considered "ACTIVE"
Also know as "still available", because the auction hasn't ended yet. All of this clearly visible.
This eBay member shows no signs of any purchases or sales ever since they joined years ago.
That's why I was inquiring if they're Legitimate

Mentor5 months agoHi @bassmentbrad Those are common default questions on Facebook Marketplace. I agree that their profile is sketchy. The account has been open since 2016, but zero feedback. That used to indicate the likelihood of a highjacked account. It would be risky to sell to them, even though your feedback score is unusually high for scammers. They typically target low feedback sellers with more expensive items. You can just not respond to them and add them to your Blocked Buyer List (BBL). Good luck!
