Active Listing Total Does Match Store Listing Total
My eBay Active listings total is 1514 but Store only shows 1498..Also My return Policy which is the same for all 1514 listings are only assigned to 1502..
Is there an easier way to find out which 16 listings are not in my store as well as the 12 not assigned a Return Policy?

OP1 year agoI have to manually go through 1526 listings?..What about going through all my templates and saving even if there is nothing to edit..then do Bulk Edit and submit all 1526..Shouldn't that clear up the issue?

Worth a try. I think it will depend on what is causing the problem.

OP1 year agoOk..since I posted this problem, I was able to get the Return policy to show on all my listings
I have since created about 27 listings..My active listings show 1526, yet now only 1505 show in my store.I have checked and found some errors with some of my templates which I corrected and that fixed the Return Policy Issue, but the store total being 21 off is baffling me..

It is baffling. I assume you do not have the out of stock option turned on - if you did, you would have to manually end each item that sold.
There is no easy way to find the missing items - there must be items without a store category assigned, which is not supposed to be possible.
Do you use seller hub? You can search your active items, so I would search for something like year, then search your store for the same - a store search is going to put you on this page, so you might as well just start there -

I see 1505 in your store, and 1505 when I click see seller's items. All 1505 have no returns according to the seller item search. What does your active listings page show now?
New items can take some time to populate in your store. It really isn't possible to list an item and it not show in your store.
If you use business policies, and that is where you see that it is 12 less, I don't know of a way to identify them. You could edit all of your items to add the policy - it doesn't hurt to replace something with the same info. If you have not used bulk edit before, we can describe how to use it.
