Active Item Glitch?
I've been contacted by a 'buyer' who says they've bought and paid for an item that I still show as an active listing. I have sent them a screen shot of the active listing, but they say on their end it shows as purchased and shipped. I tried chatting with the AI but it was of no help whatsoever. Suggestions are appreciated.
