Accused of couterfeit item
Hi! I've been selling on here for 20 years. I sell luxury skincare and fragrance mainly since I work in that industry. All of my items are directly from the makers and are real. However, one of my recent posts was removed and eBay sent me a message saying AI tech considered it counterfeit. Of course this is VERY frustrating. On top of that, I can't seem to find any way to talk to a real person via email (only the dumb AI chat) about this. Can anyone be of help or advice?
