Trying to make a purchase but acct says restricted. I don’t owe payments and I’ve verified acct details. How do I fix this?

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
