In December I get a refund request. Oct. 18 I sold 10- 1 oz. Silver rounds and used Ebay shipping. Two months later I get a email stating the guy never got the coins. EBay ruled in my favor. Then Jan. 5 I get another refund request this time from credit company. It's been a month my funds are locked, I have $137 in Ebay gift cards that are also locked. What to do?

Mentor8 months ago@han-752001 the message from ebay should have told u want to do, like uploading the tracking number, etc, depending on the reason he gave the cc co for the dispute
