accounts trying to buy using i-have-a-question- and phone numbers as the username
every item I have tried to sell has had one of these accounts with a different shipping address and phone number as the username try to buy my my item but they never pay and do not respond to messages through. eBay so I know their fraudulent I haven't ship anything so no loss other than time. but then I have to keep relisting. this is the first time i've ever tried using eBay is this normal? is there a way to block types of accounts from buying? has anyone else had this issue?
